Real Estate Staging Consultation: During this complimentary 20 min visit I will do a walk through with you or your agent and share the different staging options I offer. We'll then collaborate on which service option will work best for your home or space. In usually about 24-48 hour I can prepare an estimate and description of what the service will entail. 

 

Consulting Only Job Detail Description: I charge an hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. I will walk through your home or space, make notes and take photos. Put all of my recommendations into a report or to-do list for my client. What can the Homeowner do to boost the appeal of the home? Provide a prioritized checklist and polished report including example photos to help my client get a visual picture in mind. This service does not include any staging or inventory.
