Staging an Occupied Home
Initial Visit:
Occupied Home Consultation
During this complementary 20 min visit I will do a walk through with you or your agent and share the different staging options I offer. We'll then collaborate on which option will work best for your home or space. In usually 24-48 hour I can prepare an estimate and description of what the staging will entail.
Staging an Occupied Home or Space Detail Description
I charge an hourly rate with a 2 hour minimun. I will use ONLY Clients Furnishings and an agreed upon Accessory Spending Allowance in which client will keeps furnishings unless they wish to have them removed. I will remove all accessories they do not wish to keep durning a sceduled destaging at no additional charge.
Exception-
To cut costs for my clients and maximize staging benifits I will use some of my own artwork inventory. This will be noted in the final bill and will be removed from the space in a scheduled destaging.
After the bid the bid has been reviewed and excepted I will:

Once the home has been prepped for staging, (professionally cleaned and de-cluttered) I can usually stage within a few days.
Staging Day
Most staging are completed within 24 hours. The home or space must be clean and vaccant upon staging.
De-Staging
Congradulations! Your property is sold! We can now schedule a day for me to de-stage.
The leasing of artwork inventory is for 30 days. Additional leasing is avaiable and billed month to month.
